Fallible

Try I did
to live out of my body
in some world
yonder
that spoke of
souls and spirits.
When I met 
soulmates
they touched me
to the core
of my spirit 
through my body.
I shivered and 
recovered. 
Regaining the sense
of my body
and the senses.
Then followed
temptations.
It doesn't
pay to ignore
the body. 
And the beauty
of sheer existence.
