With the wait I floated
and reached the space between 
the eyes
that could see
the rainbow of the future
stretched across 
the sky of eternity.
A bird flew and settled
on the near end of 
the rainbow.
It kept looking
at me.
I wanted to fly toward 
that one
and then
it flew into nothingness.
